It plans to relocate production of some products from the Qingyuan Qingyuan Plant area of its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiyuan Qingyuan Water Treatment Co., Ltd. (“Qingyuan Water Treatment”) to the Qingyuan Water Treatment Huling Plant, and apply for project records with the competent department at the same time as the change in implementation location of the company's 100,000 tons of phosphorus pentachloride project. Recently, Qingyuan Water Treatment obtained the “Henan Enterprise Investment Project Registration Certificate” issued by the Jiyuan Huling Industrial Cluster Management Committee (project code: 2211-419001-04-01-653100).
