智通财经APP讯，胜蓝股份(300843.SZ)发布公告，为进一步增强双方业务协同和管理协同，促进控股子公司东莞市富智达电子科技有限公司(简称“富智达”)持续稳定发展，公司于2022年10月24日召开第三届董事会第三次会议，审议通过了《关于收购控股子公司少数股东股权暨关联交易的议案》，拟以自有资金2,900.00万元收购陈德爱持有的富智达29.00%股权。本次收购完成后，公司将持有富智达100.00%股权，富智达将成为公司的全资子公司。
