The Hong Kong stock market fell slightly along with other Asian stock markets that opened low, and the US stock market fell the night before after the holidays. The Hang Seng Index fell 0.4%, and the Chinese Enterprise Index fell 0.2%. When the Chinese stock market fell sharply yesterday, the performance of the Hong Kong stock market was not as good as most Asian stock markets. Tencent Holdings Limited (0700.HK) fell 1%, and the company continues to await approval of the new game. AIA (1299.HK), a major insurance company, also fell 1%. However, utility stocks are rising.
