中国绿色农业（纽交所代码：CGA）表示，已收到纽约证券交易所的通知，称其未按10-K表提交本财年年度报告，不符合上市要求于2022年6月30日结束。延长期限于10月13日到期。
该公司表示，由于与COVID-19相关的影响，它无法满足申请截止日期。
公司目前正与其主要会计师事务所密切合作，以在合理可行的情况下尽快完成2022年10-K表格的归档。
根据纽约证券交易所的规定，公司在提交截止日期后有六个月的时间向美国证券交易委员会提交其2022年10-K表格。
