智通财经APP讯，浙江众成(002522.SZ)发布公告，公司董事会于近日收到公司副董事长、总经理陈健先生的书面辞职信。陈健先生因个人身体原因申请辞去公司副董事长、总经理职务。陈健先生辞职后，仍担任公司董事、董事会战略决策委员会及董事会提名委员会相关职务。
公司于10月13日召开第五届董事会第十三次会议，审议通过了《关于变更公司总经理的议案》，公司董事会同意聘任杭阿根先生为公司总经理，任期为自本次会议通过之日起至公司第五届董事会任期届满时止。
