Since 2005, William Moore has been a partner at Toronto-based private equity firm Bolger Capital Partners. Mr. Moore has been working in the investment business since 1990 and has successfully taken, or been involved with, more than 15 companies going public. He has also assisted in raising over $100 million on behalf of his clients. Mr. Moore has served on a number of boards and has been instrumental in day-to-day operations in the mining and technology sectors and has also spent 17 years working as a volunteer with the Salvation Army.

The Company would also like to announce that it has granted William Moore 200,000 incentive stock options under the Company's Stock Option Plan. Each option is exercisable at a price of $0.075 per common share, vests immediately and expires three years from the date of the grant
