$CMOC (03993.HK)$It is announced that the performance evaluation indicators for the first equity distribution period of the company's first phase of the employee stock ownership plan in 2021 have been reached, and the employee stock ownership plan management committee may distribute the unlocked shares and ancillary rights and interests (except those held by Zhou Jun, the new incentive object) during the first equity distribution period.

Recently, the company received notice from the relevant incentive targets that during the period from September 20, 2022 to September 22, 2022, employee stock ownership plans to transfer about 12.3039 million shares of the company corresponding to about 24.608 million of the shares unlocked during the first equity distribution period to the concerted actors designated by the incentive object, accounting for 0.057 per cent of the total share capital of the company. As of September 22, 2022, this allocation has been completed.
