Edited by Guojin Securities: "the charging pile is in the dawn before the outbreak, and it is recommended to pay attention to the charging operation leader."

Recently, the official website of the NDRC revealed that the NDRC, the Energy Bureau, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Finance and other four ministries jointly issued the Action Plan to enhance the charging guarantee capability of new energy vehicles, speeding up the planning and construction of charging infrastructure and comprehensively improving the charging guarantee capacity of new energy vehicles.

Guojin Securities pointed out that generally speaking, this Action Plan is more about qualitative description of objectives and safeguard measures, and the work objectives are condensed into the following four points: first, to improve the research and development quality and scientific and technological content of charging facilities; second, optimize the planning and layout of charging facilities to improve operational efficiency; third, strengthen the power supply guarantee of charging facilities. Fourth, improve the construction of the standard system of charging facilities, including promoting the interconnection of charging facilities.

Guojin Securities stressed that the number of charging piles in China still seriously lags behind the development of new energy vehicles, and the difficulty of charging has become a key factor affecting the consumption of new energy vehicles. As of October 2018, according to the statistics of the charging Union, the number of public piles and private piles in China is 285,000 and 40.1 million (rough statistics), the number of electric vehicles in China has reached 2.35 million, the number of public vehicles to piles is 8.2V1, and the total ratio of vehicles to piles is 3.2V1. The development of charging infrastructure in China has lagged behind the development of electric vehicles to a large extent, or has become a major deficiency restricting the rapid progress of new energy vehicles.

With the rapid growth of public piles in 2018, Guojin Securities is optimistic that the follow-up is specifically related to detailed policies such as subsidies and figures. As of October 2018, the number of public piles increased by 70735, an increase of 32.6% over the same period last year, but it is necessary to pay close attention to the obvious slowdown in the increase of public piles in recent months. Considering that the financial subsidy program for the promotion and application of new energy vehicles at the beginning of the year requires that subsidy funds for local purchase of new energy vehicles will gradually be transferred to support the construction and operation of charging infrastructure, as well as the specific numerical details of the follow-up "action plan" that may continue to land, the follow-up industry is expected to usher in a substantial positive, charging pile operational efficiency and charging pile coverage is expected to be greatly improved.

At present, the number of vehicle-to-pile ratio is still significantly lower than the overall planning, and the difficulty of charging has become a key factor affecting the consumption of new energy vehicles. The joint issuance of the Action Plan by the four ministries is conducive to the better and faster ecological development of the charging industry. Guojin Securities recommends the following two main lines of investment: ① charging operators, recommended to pay attention to Tracy; ② charging equipment manufacturers, mainly including machine manufacturers, charging modules and other power equipment manufacturers, recommended attention to Heshun Electric, Shenghong shares and so on.
