According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jiande International Holdings (00865) announced its 2022 interim results. The company's realized revenue rose 799.5% to 209 million yuan (RMB, same below). Shareholders should account for profit of 309.51 million yuan, compared with a net loss of 5.56 million yuan for the same period last year; profit of 0.53 per share.

According to the announcement, the shift from performance loss to profit was mainly due to the increase in income and gross profit from the property development business due to the increase in the Group's income tax expenses.
