The group achieved a loss attributable to shareholders of HK$93.981 million during the period, an increase of 99879.79% over the previous year; a basic loss of HK$2.73 per share.

According to the announcement, losses include changes in the fair value of warrants liabilities of HK$5 million, amortization of transaction costs of redeemable Class A shares of HK$61.5 million, listing expenses of HK$3.9 million, and administrative expenses of HK$24.1 million, partly offset by other income and losses of HK$500,000.
