Global research downgraded the overseas (00316.HK) level from "neutral" to "holding", with a target maintenance of 225 yuan, preferring China Ocean Holdings H shares (01919.HK), with a target mark of 21 yuan and "holding" level. At the same time, the bank is expected to make a profit of 33% and 9% for overseas and China Marine Control H shares this year, and the profit for the first half of the year is expected to rise by 60% and 24% respectively.

According to the report, overseas stock dividends have risen 54% this year, while China Ocean Holdings H shares have fallen 17%. The bank believes that the country's overseas sales are related to the improvement of market liquidity, feelings towards dividend payouts and relatively low rates. CSMC H-share trading is based on the uncertainty of its dividend outlook and the relative high performance.

The bank refers to the establishment of a large capital fund in the statement of assets of shipping stocks after years of super profits. The Bank of China calculated the market ratio after deducting the premium and found that the overseas market ratio of the party was 2.32 times, while the overseas market ratio of China Ocean Holdings H shares was the net value, which reflected that the cash value per share was higher than that of shares. The dividend payout ratio of Singapore overseas reached 100% in the first half of last year, while that of China Ocean Holdings H shares was only 16% for the whole of last year, but based on this year's forecast record profit. And the dividend payout ratio of other companies in the Chinese market is due to the satisfaction of the latter in the dividend payout.
