建业地产：前7月物业合同销售总额161.58亿元 同比减少51.6%

建业地产发布2022年7月未经审核合同销售数据，7月份，集团取得物业合同销售额21.19亿元，环比减少28.7%，同比减少8.8%；合同销售建筑面积32.46万平方米，环比减少26.2%，同比增长5.4%。截至2022年7月31日止七个月，集团已取得物业合同销售总额161.58亿元，同比减少51.6%；总合同销售建筑面积223.95万平方米，同比减少48.6%；每平方米平均销售价格为7215元，同比减少为5.8%。
