Gelonghui announced on August 12th that it proposed to appoint COSCO Haineng (01138.HK).Wang WeiBeing a non-executive director has been formally approved by the shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting.

It is further announced that, with effect from the approval of the board of directors and the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting: (a)Wang WeiHas been appointed as a member of the Strategy Committee; (b)Huang WeideHas been appointed as a member of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee; and (c)Zhao JinsongHas been appointed as a member of the audit committee.
