Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology (02208.HK) announced that shareholders whose names are on the register of H-shares of the company at the end of business hours on June 27th, 2022 are entitled to the final dividend of 2021.

According to the articles of association of the company, the final dividend of 2021 will be paid in RMB and will be paid to H-share shareholders in Hong Kong dollars. The final dividend paid to H shareholders of the Company in 2021 is approximately HK $0.29245 per share (including tax).

The company has appointed Bank of China Ltd. (Hong Kong) Trust Co., Ltd. as the collection agent for the company's H-share shareholders (the "collection agent") and pay the 2021 final dividend through the collection agent. The relevant cheques will be sent by ordinary post to H-share holders entitled to the final dividend of 2021 on or before August 15, 2022 at the recipient's own risk.
