Gelonghui August 4th 丨Shimao Services (00873.HK) announced that it is seeking consent for the issuance of HK$3.11 billion 2.25% guaranteed convertible bonds due in 2022 by its subsidiaries. On August 4, 2022, the issuer fully paid all consent fees totaling HK$6.635 million and all ineligible beneficial owner payments totaling HK$990,000 to the bond holders. The relevant bond holder has validly issued a consent instruction in favour of the special resolution or an instruction from an ineligible beneficial owner (as the case may be) and received by the reporting and data agent prior to the extended expiry time. The request for consent was completed after payment of the consent fee and payment from the ineligible beneficial owner.
