The company announced last night that it proposes to issue 1.42 billion shares to 1,457 million shares for every 4 shares of 1 share, accounting for about 20% of the shares already issued after the expansion. The subscription price for each share offered was HK$2.08, a discount of 33.8% over the previous trading day. The maximum amount of capital expected to be raised in the share offering is approximately HK$3,031.2 billion, or HK$2,9366 million, or HK$3,011.9 billion.
