Gelonghui July 28th 丨Yamako Financial (00412.HK) announced that all conditions for the share merger have been met and that the share merger will take effect on July 29, 2022 (Friday). Trading of the consolidated shares will begin at 9:00 a.m. on July 29, 2022 (Friday).

The trading unit for each lot of shares traded on the Stock Exchange will be changed from 6,000 existing shares to 1,000 consolidated shares, with effect from 9:00 a.m. on July 29, 2022 (Friday).
