花样年股权投资基金法定代表人从孙国军变更为刘小勇

乐居财经讯 王敏7月15日，广东锦龙发展股份有限公司（以下简称“锦龙股份”）发生工商变更，法定代表人从“孙国军”变更为“刘小勇”；同时，孙国军退出总经理、执行董事职务，刘小勇职务从监事调整为总经理、执行董事。

据查，深圳市花样年股权投资基金管理有限公司成立于2012年5月15日，法定代表人为刘小勇，注册资本为6亿元。公司经营范围包括受托管理股权投资基金；投资管理、投资咨询等。该公司由花样年集团（中国）有限公司100%控股。
