台积电：2021年新进员工离职率增至17.6%

6月30日，台积电官网发布2021年度永续报告书。台积电表示，为确保健康的人才移动及长期的成长需求，公司确信员工离职率应维持在5%至10%的健康范围。报告显示，去年离职率为6.8%，较上年增加1.5%，影响因素有二：近年来高科技产业快速成长，人才市场竞争激烈，流动加速；去年招募量较前几年显著增加，1年内新进员工离职率增至17.6%。（界面）原文链接
