Gelonghui June 30th (00459.HK) announcementAccording to the preliminary review of the Group's unaudited consolidated management accounts for the five months ended May 31, 2022, the consolidated net profit attributable to equity holders was less than HK $5 million, and according to the information available to the Group, the Group's financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2022 are expected to be about HK $3300, compared with the consolidated net profit attributable to equity holders for the six months ended June 30, 2021.Ten thousand yuan will record a significant retrogression, and it is expected that there may be a slight loss or break-even in the first half of 2022.

The expected significant decline in financial performance is mainly due to, inter alia, adverse market conditions caused by the fifth wave of novel coronavirus outbreak in Hong Kong since January 2022, resulting in a significant decline in the transaction volume and volume of non-residential properties in Hong Kong.
