(hereinafter referred to as "Anhui Wanan") and Zhuji Wanan Zhibo Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Wanan Zhibo") Signed the joint venture agreement between Anhui Wanan Auto parts Co., Ltd. and Zhuji Wanan Zhibo Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership).

According to the agreement, Anhui Wanan and Wanan Zhibo plan to jointly invest and set up a joint venture company in Shunyi District of Beijing: Beijing Wanbo Automotive chassis system Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 15 million yuan. Anhui Wanan contributed 11.25 million yuan in monetary capital, accounting for 75% of the registered capital of the joint venture company, and Wanan Zhibo contributed 3.75 million yuan with monetary funds, accounting for 25% of the registered capital of the joint venture company.

The main purpose of this joint venture company is to strengthen the production capacity of lightweight products of aluminum alloy chassis for new energy vehicles, to form a comprehensive strategic cooperation with customers, to serve mainframe customers, to meet customer needs, and to enhance the company's market competitiveness.
