Gelonghui June 30th 丨Zhaobang Kai Properties (01660.HK) announced that Choi Chun-hui has resigned as the company's executive director, company secretary, authorized representative of the company under section 3.05 of the Stock Exchange listing rules (“Authorized Representative”) and authorized representative (“Legal Procedure Agent”) to accept any legal process documents or notices required to be delivered to the Company in Hong Kong under section 19.05 (2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) with effect from March 30, 2022.

The company further announced that Guan Jianwen has been appointed as the company's executive director, company secretary, authorized representative and legal process agent.Effective as of March 30, 2022.
