South China Vocational Education (06913.HK) announced that Wang Tao has resigned as the company's financial director, joint company secretary and (iii) authorized representative ("authorized representative") in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the listing rules of the Stock Exchange, effective June 30th, 2022. Liu Junyu has resigned as the joint company secretary of the company and the agent of process in Hong Kong (receiving process on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under part 16 of the companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the laws of Hong Kong and receiving process or notice on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under rule 19.05 (2) of the listing rules (collectively referred to as the "agent of process"), effective 30 June 2022.
