Zhitong Financial APP News, JD.com Group-SW (09618) announced that the company has renewed its strategic cooperation agreement with Tencent Co., Ltd. (stock code: 00700, "Tencent") for a period of three years.
腾讯将继续在其微信平台上向该公司提供显著的一级及二级访问入口以提供流量支持，且双方亦有意继续在通信、技术服务、营销及广告以及会员服务等多个领域合作。有关合作的价值预期将于未来三年以现金及该公司股份相结合的形式支付或投放。
Tencent will continue to provide significant primary and secondary access portals to the company on its Wechat platform to provide traffic support, and the two sides also intend to continue to cooperate in communications, technical services, marketing and advertising, as well as membership services. The value of the partnership is expected to be paid or launched in the form of cash and shares in the company over the next three years.
作为总对价的一部分，该公司将向腾讯发行若干数目的A类普通股，价值最高为2.2亿美元，乃参考三年期间内若干预定日期的现行市价厘定。双方将利用此互惠互利的合作伙伴关系，为用户提供更好及更方便的购物体验。
As part of the total consideration, the company will issue a number of Class A common shares to Tencent with a value of up to US $220 million, which is determined by reference to the prevailing market prices on certain scheduled dates during the 3-year period. The two sides will make use of this mutually beneficial partnership to provide users with a better and more convenient shopping experience.
