Zhitong Financial App News, Convergence Technology (01729) announced its annual results for the year ended March 31, 2022. The company achieved income of about HK $3.59 billion during the period, an increase of 19.4% over the same period last year. The profit attributable to the owners of the company for the year was about HK $168 million, a decrease of 25.68% over the same period last year. Basic profit per share is HK9.1 cents, and the final dividend is proposed to be paid at HK1 cents per share.

The increase in earnings was mainly due to the gradual restart of major overseas markets, which led to the growth of the digital wire segment and the organic growth of the wire assembly segment, the announcement said.
