Zhitong Financial APP, Green economy (01315) announced that the Group expects the unaudited consolidated net loss attributable to the company owner to be about HK $2.1 million for the year ended March 31, 2022, while the audited consolidated net profit attributable to the company owner for the same period in 2021 is about HK $7.2 million.

In the view of the Board, the turn from profit to loss was mainly due to an increase in financial charges of approximately HK $21.6 million, which was partly offset by a decrease in sales expenses of approximately HK $13.9 million.
