Gelonghui, June 27丨Asia Potassium International (000893.SZ) announced that China Agricultural International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, plans to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhongnong Mining Investment Co., Ltd. (“Zhongnong Hong Kong”), to an increase of US$1201 million. The funding source is RMB 840 million for the listed companies' capital increase to Zhongnong International from 2020 to 2021. Simultaneously, China Agricultural Hong Kong increased the capital of its subsidiary.
