Zhitong Financial App News, Vertical and horizontal Travel Holdings (08069) announced that on August 1, 2016, the contact person of the controlling shareholder of the Group entered into a property lease agreement to lease office property to the Group for operation in Hong Kong, China (these leases). The lease term is from August 1, 2016 to March 31, 2019. Under the property tenancy agreements dated 1 August 2016 in respect of such tenancies, either party may terminate the agreement at any time during the term of the lease by giving not less than 30 days' prior written notice to the other party, and the tenant has no right to renew the tenancy agreement. On 1 April 2019, the Group entered into a 2019 lease agreement with Cheng Tian on the same terms and conditions as those leases for the period from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2022. The 2019 tenancy agreement expired on 31 March 2022 and the Group entered into a new tenancy agreement on 24 March 2022 to renew these tenancies.

It is learnt that these leases include the tenancy agreement entered into between Zhongheng Travel and Zhengtian, the property is located at Room 706Mui 708, 7 / F, Lippo Sun Plaza, 28 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong; and the tenancy agreement between Flying Travel and Zhengtian is located at rooms 703 and 705, 7 / F, Lippo Sun Plaza, 28 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
