U.S. stocks traded higher midway through trading, with the Dow Jones gaining around 650 points on Friday.

The Dow traded up 2.14% to 31,332.74 while the NASDAQ rose 2.21% to 11,479.92. The S&P also rose, gaining, 2.32% to 3,883.83.

Leading and Lagging Sectors

Financials shares jumped by 3.6% on Friday. Meanwhile, top gainers in the sector includedGoHealth, Inc.(NASDAQ:GOCO), up 14% andOcwen Financial Corporation(NYSE:OCN) up 8%.

In trading on Friday, health care shares rose by just 0.8%.
