Fusheng International (00627.HK) disclosed the latest announcement on the status of the winding-up petition against the company and received on June 17, 2022 that the High Court issued its judgment on the postponement of the petition for two months on June 9, 2022 to allow time for the company to implement the terms of the proposed restructuring (as defined in the company's announcement dated May 13, 2022) and the possible commencement of the proposed restructuring. The company intends to seek an order of the High Court in respect of, among other things, the postponement of the effective date by two months.
