Gelonghui June 17, Chinalco International(02068.HK) announcement, China Color Technology, a holding subsidiary of the company, recently received a "subpoena from the people's Court of Jianxi District, Luoyang City, Henan Province" (2022) No. 3068 of the beginning of the Republic of Henan Province, Jianxi District people's Court, Luoyang City, Henan Province. Henan Jiade Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. filed a lawsuit with the people's Court of Jianxi District, Luoyang City, Henan Province, as one of the defendants in a dispute over construction contract.
On May 6, 2019, Jianxi Housing and Construction Bureau, as the contractor, signed a general contract related to the case with the consortium of China Color Technology and Jiade Architecture, which agreed that the consortium of China Color Technology and Guardian Architecture would be responsible for the design consultation and construction of the project. Jianxi Housing and Construction Bureau paid the project money to China Color Technology and Guardian Construction in accordance with the contract agreement. Jiade Construction recently filed a lawsuit with the Jianxi District people's Court in Luoyang City, Henan Province, on the grounds that the Jianxi Housing and Construction Bureau was in arrears with the project payment and China Color Science and Technology failed to fulfill its contractual obligation to collect the project money.
Jiade Architecture submitted a civil complaint to the people's Court of Jianxi District, Luoyang City, Henan Province, over the construction contract dispute with Zhongse Science and Technology and Jianxi Housing Bureau. The main contents of the lawsuit are as follows: (1) request the court to order China Color Technology and Jianxi Housing and Construction Bureau to pay RMB 77362214.84 and interest to Jiade Construction (interest is calculated according to LPR from the date of actual payment to the date of full payment according to the amount of unpaid project, which is RMB 6083337 up to April 25, 2022) (2) the litigation costs in this case shall be borne by Zhongse Science and Technology and Jianxi Housing and Construction Bureau.
