The sales price of new commercial housing in second-tier cities fell 0.1% month-on-month, the same rate as the previous month.
The sales price of new commercial housing in third-tier cities fell 0.3% month-on-month, 0.3 percentage points lower than the previous month.
Of the 70 large and medium-sized cities, 43 have seen a month-on-month decline in the sales prices of newly built commercial housing, down by 4 from the previous month.

The sales price of newly built commercial housing in first-tier cities rose 3.5% from the same period last year, down 0.4 percentage points from last month.
The sales price of new commercial housing in second-tier cities rose 0.3% from the same period last year, down 0.7 percentage points from the previous month.
The sales price of newly built commercial housing in third-tier cities fell 2.2% from the same period last year, an increase of 0.7 percentage points over the previous month.
Of the 70 large and medium-sized cities, 46 had a year-on-year decline in new commercial housing, an increase of 7 over the previous month.

The price of second-hand housing in first-tier cities rose 0.4% month-on-month to be flat from last month.
The price of second-hand housing in second-tier cities fell 0.3% month-on-month, the same rate as last month.
The sales price of second-hand housing in third-tier cities fell 0.5% from the previous month, an increase of 0.2 percentage points over the previous month.
Among the 70 large and medium-sized cities, 53 cities saw a month-on-month decline in second-hand housing sales prices, an increase of 3 over the previous month.
