Gronghui APP learned that according to the latest equity disclosure information of the Stock Exchange, on June 7, 2022, Xiamen Port Administration (03378.HK) was granted an increase of 7.516 million shares by UBS Group AG at an average price of HK $2.1308 per share, involving a capital of about HK $16.015 million.

After the increase, UBS Group AG's latest number of shares is 56.3702 million shares, increasing its shareholding ratio from 4.95 per cent to 5.71 per cent.
