Zhitong Financial APP learned that BEST INC (BEST.US) announced that he had received a notice from the New York Stock Exchange informing the company that the trading price of its American Depositary receipts (ADS) had returned to the price used in the continuing listing criteria.
Earlier, BEST INC said on January 4 that the company had been warned to delist on the New York Stock Exchange because the average closing price of ADS was below $1 for 30 consecutive trading days. On May 10th, the company announced that it would adjust the ADS ratio from 1 ADS to 1 Class A common stock to 1 ADS representing 5 Class A common shares, which became effective on May 20.
As of press time, BEST INC fell 0.83% to $1.19 in pre-market trading on Thursday.
