Zhitong Financial APP News, Quantum thinking (08050) announced that the Group expects to achieve a loss of about HK $10.579 million and a profit of about HK $28.413 million for the year ended March 31, 2022.

The Board is of the view that the above change from profit to loss is mainly due to an one-time gain of approximately HK $20.124 million resulting from the sale of China pay Technology Group Limited under the sale and purchase agreement dated 19 August 2020, but there was no such gain during the reporting period.
