Gelonghui June 2nd? quantum thinking (08050.HK) announcementBased on the preliminary review of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the year ended 31 March 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company hereby informs the shareholders and potential investors of the Company that the Group expects to record a loss attributable to the owners of the company of approximately HK $10.579 million during the reporting period and a profit attributable to the owners of the company of approximately HK $28.413 million for the year ended 31 March 2021.

The Board is of the view that the above change from profit to loss is mainly due to an one-time gain of approximately HK $20.124 million resulting from the sale of China pay Technology Group Limited under the sale and purchase agreement dated 19 August 2020, but there was no such gain during the reporting period.
