The APP of Zitong Finance learned that FNMA.US guaranteed $406 million in April, with a compound growth rate of 3.0 per cent, down from 9.7 per cent in March.

In terms of credit, the serious delinquency rate of conventional single households fell by 7 basis points to 0.94% in April, and the severe delinquency rate of multiple households dropped by 3 basis points to 0.35%.

In April, Fannie Mae, backed by $12.5 billion of FMCC.US securities, was resecuritised. As of April 30, 2022, the company's collateral against Freddie Mac included Fannie Mae resecuritised assets with a market capitalization of $241.4 billion.
