According to the announcement, the change from profit to loss was mainly attributable to a decrease in total revenue, which was mainly due to a decrease in income from corporate financing advisory services and placing and underwriting services due to the delay in the progress of the Group's IPO sponsorship projects as a result of sporadic outbreaks of COVID-19 in Hong Kong.
