As the company and Jindao Liancheng failed to reach a consensus on the audit fees for the year ending March 31, 2022, Jindao Liancheng has resigned as the company's auditor, effective May 26th, 2022.

Upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, Changqing (Hong Kong) Accounting firm Limited (Changqing) has been appointed as the new auditor of the company with effect from 27 May 2022 to fill the temporary vacancy after the resignation of Jindao Liancheng, and the term of office will last until the end of the next annual general meeting of the company.
