And for lease B for a period of three years from 26 August 2022 to 25 August 2025 (both dates inclusive) to operate two of the Group's restaurants.
It is learnt that property An is located at Shop G19 on the ground floor of the "V Walk" commercial premises of the development project built on New Kowloon Inland lot No. 6333. Property B is located at shops L2-147, second floor, "V Walk" commercial premises of the development built on New Kowloon Inland lot No. 6333.
The food and beverage business is one of the main business divisions of the Group. The Group has been operating these restaurants in these properties and the relevant tenancy agreements for these properties are about to expire. The management of the Group is of the view that the shopping malls where these properties are located have a high passenger flow and the continued operation of these restaurants in these properties is in line with the business strategy of the Group's Food and Beverage Business Division. The terms of these tenancies are determined by the parties through fair negotiation with reference to the current market prices of comparable properties in the vicinity of these properties.
