Zhitong Financial APP News, Midea Real Estate (03990) issued an announcement to pay a final dividend of HK $1.60 per common share for the year ended December 31, 2021, and the resolution with the option of stock dividend has been formally passed and approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting.

The final dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear on the register of shareholders of the Company on June 2, 2022, and eligible shareholders shall have the option to receive the final dividend either in full or in part and in cash or in full.
