Gelonghui, May 24, 丨 GCL Technology (3800.HK) rose 5.3% to HK$2.78, temporarily recorded four consecutive gains, with a range increase of 15%. The latest total market capitalization was HK$75.3 billion. GCL Technology announced that the Group is currently considering and exploring the feasibility of the company issuing common shares traded in RMB and listing them on stock exchanges in China (it is recommended to issue A shares). The board believes that the proposed issuance of A-shares will provide the Group with different solutions to meet its capital requirements and accelerate the development of the Group, thereby promoting sustainable growth in shareholder returns. As of the date of this announcement, the board of directors has not made a decision on whether to recommend issuing A shares, nor has the company formulated a clear proposal on the structure of the proposed issuance of A shares.
