The Board hereby announces that as the COVID-19 epidemic and prevention and control measures in the Shanghai area have lasted longer than originally expected and are unlikely to be lifted soon, the company has encountered practical difficulties in issuing audited annual results announcements on or before 23 May 2022 as originally expected in these announcements.

Based on the above and the progress of the current audit process, the company is expected to issue an audited annual results announcement on or before 15 July 2022, send the 2021 annual report to shareholders on or before 29 July 2022, and hold an annual general meeting on or before September 2, 2022.

The company has applied to the Stock Exchange for exemption from strict compliance with rule 13.46 (2) (a) of the listing rules on the premise that the company sends its 2021 annual report on or before July 29, 2022. And subject to the company's compliance with its articles of association and the laws and regulations of the Cayman Islands and the convening of the annual general meeting of the company on or before September 2, 2022, exemption from strict compliance with rule 13.46 (2) (b) of the listing rules.
