Gelonghui Group (00137.HK) announced that the charterer of the indirect subsidiary in which the company has an interest of about 55.69% entered into the charter party with the shipowner on May 20, 2022 for a period of seven years from the date of delivery of the ship to the charterer, and the expected delivery date is between June 11, 2022 and June 30, 2022.

The ship is a bulk carrier, a Panamanian ship of about 84000 tonnes deadweight, and will be named M.V. "TAHO CIRCULAR" and registered in the Republic of Liberia.
