Zhitong Financial APP News, Jinhui Group (00137) issued a notice that the company has about 55.69% interest in the indirect subsidiary of the lessee Goldbeam Shipping Inc. The charter party was entered into on 20 May 2022 with the lessor, Bashang Dexi International, in respect of the charter of the ship for a term of seven years from the date of delivery of the ship to the charterer, the expected date of delivery is between 11 June 2022 and 30 June 2022.

It is reported that the ship is a bulk carrier with a deadweight of about 84000 metric tons of Panamanian ship, and will be named M.V. "TAHO CIRCULAR" and registered in the Republic of Liberia.
