Bermuda Court Reserves Judgment in Winding-Up Case Against Fullsun International

05:41 AM EDT, 05/17/2022 (MT Newswires) -- The Supreme Court of Bermuda on May 16 heard a winding-up petition against Fullsun International Holdings (HKG:0627) and the company's application for a two-month adjournment of the petition to permit restructuring negotiations.

At the conclusion of the hearing, the court reserved its decision, which will be handed down at a later date, according to a Tuesday disclosure.

The case was filed by creditor Harbor Sure (HK) Investments due to the property developer's alleged failure to pay debts amounting to HK$71.5 million ($9.1 million).
