Gelonghui May 17th 丨Beikong Clean Energy Group (01250.HK) announced that Hu Xiaoyong and Tan Zaixing have resigned as executive directors due to other business undertakings, effective May 16, 2022. Hu Xiaoyong is also no longer a co-chairman and no longer a member of the Board's Remuneration Committee, effective the same day. After the resignation of Hu Xiaoyong and Tan Zaixing, Hu Xiaoyong (and his controlling entity) and Tan Zaixing will become public shareholders. It is expected that no less than 25% of the total number of issued shares will be held by members of the public after completion.

After Hu Xiaoyong resigned, Yang Guang, executive director and chief executive of the company, was appointed as a member of the remuneration committee, effective May 16.
