【港股通】阜博集团(03738)回升3.68% 此前完成收购粒子文化科技集团

阜博集团(03738)早盘反弹回升，最新报3.94元，涨3.68%，成交额2482.84万元。

集团公布，有关收购粒子文化科技集团(杭州)股份有限公司(目标公司)(建议收购事项)，根据买卖协议所有先决条件已获达成。建议收购事项已于2022年5月9日根据买卖协议完成。

此外，近日国海证券发研报指，维持阜博集团“买入”评级，主要由于公司业务高增长，预计2022-24年营收为13.94/22.53/31.01亿港元，归母净利为0.57/0.6/1.35亿港元，对应P/S为5.9/3.6/2.6。
