As the Company intends to be consistent with its controlling shareholders in the appointment of auditors, on 10 May 2022, the Board of Directors, on the recommendation of the Company's Audit and risk Management Committee, resolved that, immediately following the retirement of PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG was appointed as the new auditor of the Company until the end of the next annual general meeting of the Company, subject to consideration and approval by the shareholders of the Company at the annual general meeting of 2022.
