688126.SH announced that in order to accelerate the company's long-term development strategic planning, seize the development opportunities of the semiconductor industry, continuously expand the company's production scale of 200mm semiconductor wafers for integrated circuits, and enhance the company's global wafer market share and competitive advantage, the company intends to use Finnish Okmetic, a wholly-owned subsidiary, as the main body of the project. Invest in the construction of 200mm semiconductor characteristic wafer expansion project in Wanta, Finland. Upon completion of the project, Okmetic will add 3.132 million 200mm semiconductor polishing wafers per year, further consolidating its market position in high-end segments such as advanced sensors, power devices, RF filters and integrated passive components.

The total investment of the project is expected to be 388 million euros (equivalent to 2.95 billion yuan), all of which are construction funds for the construction of plant and supporting facilities, purchase and installation of equipment, etc. The final total investment is based on the actual investment, and the company will invest on demand according to the progress of the project.

The company intends to increase capital from Okmetic or provide shareholders with loans of no more than 90 million euros (equivalent to about 680 million yuan) with its own funds, and the rest of the construction funds will be solved by self-financing.
